Prospectr Sovereign

An agentic employee, deployed in your own cloud, in two days.

Sovereign is the Prospectr Digital sub-brand for operator-grade agentic deployments. You leave with a hardened, cloud-native Sovereign Agent running in your environment, trained on the first one to three roles you choose to hand off. Customer-owned infrastructure. Capability transfer. No vendor lock-in.

Telegram for the field. Email and Slack for the team. Same Sovereign Agent. Same architecture.

Built by the team operating Dispatch in production across 200+ Prospectr Digital clients.

In plain English

In plain English

Sovereign deploys an Agentic Employee. Not a chatbot. Not a workflow. A teammate that closes the loop - finishes the A/R follow-up, drafts and sends the proposal, books the appointment, posts the recap, files the report. It works on your stack, in your cloud, on your data. You hire it, you fire it, you own it.

WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES

Real work, closed. Not demos.

Every example below runs in production today across Prospectr Digital and partner deployments.

Finishes the A/R follow-up

Pulls the aging report, drafts the dunning email, sends it, logs the response, schedules the next touch.

Benefit: The CFO sees a balance go down, not another reminder.

Drafts and sends the proposal

Reads the discovery notes, pulls the right template, fills the customer-specific detail, formats it, hits send, files the copy in the CRM and the project folder.

Benefit: Proposals out the door in minutes, not days. Sales velocity goes up.

Books the appointment

Reads the inbound, checks the calendar, replies with three options, confirms when accepted, adds it to the CRM, sends the prep doc the night before.

Benefit: Every inbound gets a same-hour reply. No lead goes cold.

Posts the recap

Pulls the meeting transcript, writes the summary, emails attendees, files in the project folder, creates the follow-up tasks in the right tool.

Benefit: Meetings actually produce action. Nothing falls through after the call ends.

Files the report

Runs the queries, builds the deck, emails leadership, archives the source data, flags the anomalies that need a human eye.

Benefit: Leadership gets the numbers Monday morning without anyone staying late Friday.

Triages the inbox

Archives the noise, flags what needs a decision, drafts the routine replies, summarizes the threads over five messages.

Benefit: Inbox zero by 7 AM. You only see what needs you.

Onboards the new client

Sends the welcome packet, books the kickoff, provisions the accounts, populates the CRM, drafts the first-week check-in.

Benefit: Day one looks intentional. Churn risk drops before it starts.

Reconciles the books

Matches payments to invoices, categorizes bank feed transactions, flags unmatched deposits, reconciles to statement.

Benefit: Your CPA gets clean books, not a shoebox. Year-end takes hours, not weeks.

Chases the lead

Receives the form fill, qualifies against ICP, enriches the company data, drafts the personalized first touch, schedules the sequence, hands off when they reply.

Benefit: Lead response time measured in minutes. Conversion rate goes up.

Watches the metrics

Pulls the dashboards every morning, flags the campaigns below threshold, recommends the fix, drafts the team message.

Benefit: You hear about problems before clients do.

What makes this different

Three things that make this different.

01 Infrastructure

Your AWS. Your keys. Zero vendor lock.

100% customer-owned runtime

Your Sovereign Agent deploys to your cloud account (AWS, GCP, or Azure), secured to your standards. Your data never leaves your environment. No "they changed the pricing" risk. You can pull our keys at any time and keep operating.

02 Capability transfer

Two days. One to three skills. Your team trained to scale.

Capability, not a subscription

Most providers run the agent for you. We teach your team to run it, on a hardened version of the same open framework large operators are deploying. The skill silos are modular, and you train them in plain English from Telegram.

03 In production

200+ businesses. 40+ verticals. Same architecture you get.

Lived operating experience, not a thesis

This is not theoretical. The same architecture runs Dispatch in production today across finance, marketing, web, AEO, voice, and operations. You are buying lived operating experience from a team that runs it on themselves first.

Responsible AI

Autonomy you can audit. Humans where it counts.

Sovereign Agent is built on the belief that AI should expand human capacity, not replace human judgment. Every high-stakes action is held for operator review. Every decision is logged. The model routes to the right capability tier for the task and cost. You set the guardrails in plain English.

Human in the loop

Drafts before sends. Approvals before posts.

Customer-facing emails, financial writes, and campaign changes are held as drafts until you approve. The agent proposes. You decide.

Model routing

Right model for the job. Not the most expensive one.

Reasoning-intensive work routes to frontier models. Classification, triage, and monitoring route to efficient tiers. Cost is managed at the architecture level, not by hoping the agent picks the cheap path.

Prompt governance

Structured prompts. Defined guardrails. Auditable contracts.

Each skill runs against a structured markdown prompt contract that defines permitted actions, output shape, and escalation conditions. Guardrails are readable, versioned, and testable.

Privileged access

Least privilege by default. Break-glass when needed.

The agent runs under scoped IAM service principals. Elevated operations assume a time-bounded break-glass role, log to CloudTrail, and alert the operator in real time. No standing admin sessions.

Sovereign Agent does not use biometric authentication in the standard deployment. Access is controlled via device-bound MFA, Tailscale network binding, and Telegram channel identity. Biometric factors are only introduced when safety engineers are deployed for a specific, documented agent use case.

Two ways to deploy

The same Sovereign Agent. Two paths to it.

Path 1 - Mastermind

Two days in Grand Haven. Your Sovereign Agent deployed in your cloud by Friday at 5:00 PM.

Hands-on working session for operators who want capability transfer. You and one to three skills go live during the event. You leave with a 30/60/90 day roadmap and a direct line to the team.

  • ·Founding cohort capped at 8 seats - $5,000 (locked rate)
  • ·Standard cohort after founding - $7,500
  • ·Optional implementation retainer - $2,500/mo founding · $3,000/mo standard

Path 2 - Sovereign Agent DFY

We deploy. You operate. Same architecture, no event required.

Standalone deployment of the same hardened Sovereign Agent into your cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Same deliverables as the mastermind cohort. For operators who want the agentic employee but cannot make the working session dates.

  • ·$10,000 (Core) or $25,000 (Sovereign) - one-time deployment
  • ·Hardened cloud-native deployment + 1 to 3 skill silos
  • ·Optional implementation retainer - $2,500/mo founding · $3,000/mo standard

The architecture

Your agentic employee. Inside your cloud - AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Telegram is the front door. The orchestrator dispatches work to a five-seat C-suite. The Chief Visionary Officer is the operator-as-strategist seat - it watches the whole picture and prompts the orchestrator. Managers, employees, and a shared library of skills sit underneath, all running on the systems your business already lives in. For the technical view, see the Sovereign Agent Security Baseline.

Sovereign Agent organization Operator instructions arrive via the chosen IM channel (Telegram or Slack at deploy time). Dispatch (Sovereign Agent)

Inbound call from (612) 555-0247 - new prospect, Jacob Reyes at Lighthouse Roofing. Asked about commercial flat-roof restoration. Verified hot lead. Live-transferring to your line now. voice → live transfer
Got it. Took the call. He's a fit. While I was on with him I remembered another caller - Mira Chen - left a voicemail last Tuesday looking for the same service. We never circled back. Have the secretary call her, apologize for the delay, get her on my calendar this week.
Pulling Mira's thread. Found it - inbound call last Tuesday at 2:14 PM, voicemail captured, transcript on file. Skill set to outbound: identifying as your office, not a robocall. Calling now.
Connected with Mira on the second ring. Acknowledged the gap, offered three slots this week (Wed 10 AM, Thu 2 PM, Fri 9 AM CT). She picked Thursday 2 PM. Booked into your calendar with the original call transcript attached. Sent her a confirmation text from your business line. outbound complete
Did she sound annoyed?
Sentiment: cautious-positive at the start, warm by minute two. Recording flagged with the apology section so you can review tone before Thursday. Flagged a self-improvement note: never let an inbound voicemail from a hot lead sit longer than 24h without a callback queued. audit + self-improvement logged

TAKE THE FIRST STEP

Operators do not need another dashboard.

They need a teammate who actually closes the loop. Reserve a founding seat or book a 30-minute discovery call to see if Sovereign fits your business.
