We deploy the Sovereign Agent into your cloud, then either hand it off (Core) or hand it off already carrying pre-built skills (Sovereign). The retainer afterward covers the engineer who keeps it running and building. Pick what fits.
Path 1 - We deploy your Agentic Employee
Same hardened architecture. Same customer-owned cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Core deploys the agent, skill development comes via the retainer afterward. Sovereign deploys the agent and includes 60 hours of pre-deployment skill work, so you have a fully capable agent on Day 1, not a shell waiting for retainer hours.

Core - $10,000
Deployment only. The agent is installed, secured, and handed off. Skill development is not included, that happens through the retainer (10 hrs/mo, $2,500/mo), which you can start immediately after deployment. Core is the right call when you want near-term cash flexibility or a month-to-month exit option.
Sovereign - $25,000
Deployment plus 60 hours of pre-deployment skill development, so your agent arrives on Day 1 with real skills already built, tested, and running. That is the difference between handing you a car and handing you a car that already knows your route. Retainer is still available after delivery if you want to keep building.
Same $25,000 if you go Core + 6 months of retainer. Core ($10,000) + Retainer ($2,500/mo × 6) = $25,000, but you get the lower Core infrastructure tier and skills build incrementally over 6 months instead of arriving pre-built. Sovereign $25,000 buys the higher tier and the 60 hours upfront. Pick based on whether Day 1 capability or cash-flow flexibility matters more.
After purchase you receive a one-time intake link to complete the deployment questionnaire (25-40 min). Production SLA starts from intake submission. Path 2 - Steward Skill Library
Steward is the on-ramp to Sovereign for teams that want the skills without the deployment lift. Pick 1 to 5 skills at a flat monthly rate, plus a $2,000 one-time onboarding fee billed once at signup (same flat amount at every skill count). Plus pass-through LLM tokens and managed server cost. Custom skills built at $300/hr in 10-hour packages ($3,000/mo). If you buy a Sovereign deployment, your first 60 hours of custom skill work are a one-time $250/hr - after that, the $300/hr rate applies. Graduate to a Sovereign Agent deployment when you outgrow it.

Sovereign cost = in-account AI model usage (frontier AI models via your cloud provider) across 50 employees on a typical workload. Storage, compute, and audit overhead included. No per-seat license; you pay your cloud provider for what your agents actually use.
Enterprise scoping happens during the discovery call: department + position hierarchy, runtime tier assignment, IM channel pairing (Telegram, Slack, Teams, Discord, WhatsApp, and more), and audit + compliance posture. Pricing is bespoke because cloud identity, network, and encryption policies depend on your existing cloud footprint.

Pricing depends on the tier and the number of skills deployed. Sovereign runs in your cloud with a deployment and operations fee; Steward is a managed monthly plan. Current plans are listed on this page.
On the Sovereign tier, yes. The infrastructure runs in your own cloud account and is billed to you directly by your cloud provider. That is a consequence of you owning it. Infrastructure cost is typically small next to model inference cost.
Yes. Every engagement starts with a discovery call that scopes your workflows, systems and approval gates before any deployment work begins. Pricing specifics for your deployment are confirmed on that call.
The Implementation Retainer is billed monthly in advance and either party can cancel with 30 days written notice, so there is no long-term lock-in on that line. The Sovereign Agent DFY deployment fee is a one-time charge that becomes non-refundable once deployment work has begun. Full terms are in the Sovereign Purchase and Engagement Agreement.
