Use cases
What an agentic employee actually does, and what it costs.
Every case below is a real procedure with a written document behind it. Each one answers the same six questions: the goal, the cost against the human alternative, the security posture, the output, the ongoing cost to maintain it, and the framework that keeps it from becoming another vendor you cannot leave.
Where a number is not measured, this site says so rather than estimating it. Where a client has not granted naming permission, the client is described by vertical and region.
Field operations
Work that happens in systems with no API, on a schedule nobody owns, where a dropped step costs a job.
Inbox and lead routing
The owner inbox is the real CRM. Triage it, route it, and prove the lead survived the handoff.
- Live
An inbox briefing that cannot send mail
An agentic employee reads the owner inbox every morning and returns a short briefing split into internal and external, filtering out newsletters and job-board noise, with a stated disposition per thread. It can read and it can draft. It has no ability to send, archive, or delete.

Proving the lead survived the handoff
Every distributed lead gets its own 24-hour clock starting at the moment it arrived, not at a fixed batch hour. When the clock expires the agent checks the CRM for evidence a human actually worked it, reminds the rep once if not, and escalates if it stays cold.

Money and reporting
Which lead sources actually make money, not which ones make revenue. Books, margin, and a dashboard that reconciles.

Which lead sources actually make money
Ranking lead sources by revenue is the most common reporting mistake in a trades business. This use case ranks them by gross profit, evidenced line by line out of the accounting system, and publishes the revenue ranking alongside it so the owner can see the difference.

A dashboard that reconciles to the bank
A channel-attributed dashboard plus a weekly executive email, built from whichever platforms the owner actually uses. The pipeline is documented end to end, from extraction through attribution to delivery, so every number on the screen can be traced back to its source.

Content and answer engines
Publishing that compounds. Built to be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, not just crawled.
Agreements and signature
Contracts generated, branded, tracked, and signed on infrastructure you own, with a human holding the send button.
Onboarding and enablement
Turning one person who knows how the business runs into a system the whole team can use.
Common questions
What does an agentic employee actually do?
It does a named job with a written procedure, on a schedule, inside your existing systems. Triaging the owner inbox into a morning briefing, verifying a distributed lead reached the CRM and got worked, ranking lead sources by gross profit out of the accounting system, assembling a job packet in software that has no API. Each of those is a documented procedure a person could read, not a general purpose assistant waiting for instructions.
How is this different from an AI chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions about your website. An agentic employee has credentials, a schedule, a written procedure, and a defined boundary on what it is allowed to do. The interesting engineering is in the boundary, not the intelligence.
Where does it run, and who owns it?
In your own cloud account, on your own credentials, with the procedures stored as documents in your own Drive. If the relationship ends, the deployment and the documented procedures stay with you. There is no export process because there is nothing to export from.
What stops the cost from growing every year?
Two structural choices. Deterministic recurring work runs as plain scheduled scripts with no per-run model cost, and paid inference is reserved for the steps that genuinely require judgment. And the deployment is not seat-metered, so adding people to your team does not add to the bill.
Who is Sovereign for?
High achievers. The person adopting it needs to be a high achiever themselves. It is a capable colleague rather than a button, and it produces the most for the operator who engages with it hardest.
