Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prospectr Marketing Inc. (“Prospectr,” “we,” “us”), a Minnesota corporation operating under the brand “Prospectr Sovereign,” collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit sovereign.prospectrdigital.com, purchase a seat in the Sovereign Agentic Employee Mastermind, or engage us for Sovereign Agent DFY deployment or implementation retainer services.

We keep this short, plain, and accurate. If anything below is unclear, email travis@prospectrdigital.com and we will answer in writing.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly or that is necessary to deliver what you bought. Specifically:

• Identity & contact data: name, work email, company name, role, phone number when you book a call or reserve a seat.
• Payment data: we never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes all payments and returns a tokenized reference and a transaction record (last four digits, brand, billing zip).
• Scheduling data: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly receives the time you selected and the email and name you entered.
• Usage data: standard web analytics - pages viewed, referring source, anonymized IP, device and browser type - collected via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager. We do not sell this data.
• Communications: the content of any email, message, or call recording you send us, kept for fulfillment and dispute records.

How we use it

We use your information to do the work you hired us to do, and for nothing else without your permission:

• Deliver the mastermind, retainer, or Sovereign Agent DFY engagement you purchased.
• Send transactional email (receipts, scheduling confirmations, event logistics, deployment status). These are not marketing emails. We will not add you to a marketing list without separate, explicit opt-in.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and contractual record-keeping obligations.
• Improve the website and the products through aggregate, anonymized analytics.

Third-party processors

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors, each of whom is contractually bound to use it only on our behalf:

• Stripe - payment processing.
• Calendly - meeting scheduling.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) - website hosting, infrastructure, transactional email.
• Google Workspace - business email and document collaboration.
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager - aggregate site analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Mastermind and engagement records are retained for at least seven (7) years to satisfy U.S. federal and Minnesota state tax and accounting requirements. Marketing analytics and website logs are retained for up to twenty-six (26) months. You may request deletion at any time, subject to the legal and contractual retention obligations above.

Your rights

You may, at any time and at no cost, ask us to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete information we are not legally required to retain.
• Stop using your information for analytics by emailing us or by enabling browser-level “Do Not Track” / cookie controls.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information (subject to legal retention requirements), and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Prospectr does not sell personal information.

CAN-SPAM

All commercial email we send identifies Prospectr as the sender, provides a valid physical postal address, accurately describes the subject matter, and includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. We do not send commercial email to anyone who has not requested it or transacted with us.

Children

Sovereign is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
